Finca Anduriñas

Pilar &
Anduriñas

A pilgrim who restored her father's estate to give others what she wished she had received.

Pilar, anfitriona de Finca Anduriñas

How Anduriñas was born

Pilar is a pilgrim. She knows the ache of tired feet at the end of a stage, the joy of a warm broth, the value of a smile along the way. So when she restored her father's estate in Galicia, she knew exactly what she wanted to create.

A place with no fixed price. No cold rules. Just genuine hospitality, handmade products crafted with her own hands, and the special energy that only comes from places born of love.

The finca is named Anduriñas — swallows in Galician. Like them, pilgrims arrive from afar, rest here a moment, and continue their flight towards Santiago.

I wanted to create the place I wished I had found when I was a pilgrim. A place that truly cares.

Pilar restored these ancient Galician stones with her own hands, over many years. Every corner was designed from experience: she knows that after 25 km on your legs, what you need is not a priced menu — you need to sit down, have a warm coffee, and have someone genuinely ask how you are.
